ABCLearnings, a platform from AstralSolutionz (S) Pte. Ltd., is a for-profit massive open online course (MOOC) provider. It is a one-stop shop for all the training needs, which can be taught or learnt online, Because Learning Never Stops.
Any user, from anywhere in the world, can create a course (published course, group online class, private 1-on-1 class). Users can purchase courses and can learn from the comfort of their home / any place.
Users can invite other users by sharing their referral code and earn 5% on every purchase the referral makes.
Most of the current browsers are supported by ABCLearnings. For best performance, we strongly recommend the latest versions of the following browsers:

The internet connection is another factor to be considered. While, nowadays the network bandwidth is quite ok to support the functionalities of ABCLearnings, a poor internet connection may adversely affect the performance of live online classes. We do not recommend the use of any VPN to access ABCLearnings.
We do not recommend using virtual machine to access ABCLearnings; instead, please use your physical computer (PC). While Instructors must use a laptop or PC to create courses and conduct live online classes, we recommend that the Students also use laptop or a PC for better accessibility and classroom management (in case of live online classes).
We recommend that your PC or laptop has graphics and sound output capabilities. You must have camera and microphone to attend the interactive online classes.

You can join ABCLearnings for free, using your PC or laptop with compliance to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy.
Your username is the email address. We understand that you may want to change your email address. Unfortunately, the email address cannot be changed once it has been used for registration.
You can create a new account with another unused email address. If you wish to create multiple accounts, you can do so easily. Please note that the content of one account of ABCLearnings cannot be transferred to another account. Different accounts are completely independent of each other and doesn't share anything between them.
Once you have registered with ABCLearnings with an email address, the same email address cannot be reused to create more accounts on ABCLearnings. Email address is unique identifier of a user and cannot be used across different accounts. If you wish to create another account, please use another unused email address to register on ABCLearnings.
It is not possible to merge accounts.
Every account is considered different and are independent from each other. Information from one account cannot be transferred to another, neither can the accounts be merged.
Different kind of technical issues may arise due to different issues. Its worth taking a look at the below items:

ABCLearnings support most of the currencies. The complete list of the supported currencies can be seen here.
Before logging in, ABCLearnings determines your location from your IP address. If the local currency of your Country is available in our list here, then you will see the same currency. Otherwise, you will see all the prices in USD.
After you have logged in, ABCLearnings determines your location based on the Country in your profile address. If the local currency of your Country is available in our list here, then you will see the same currency. Otherwise, you will see all the prices in USD.

If your Country's currency is not listed here, then you will see all
the prices in USD. The currencies cannot be changed. The currency
depends on the selected country in your profile address. The currency
may change if your profile address country changes.
There is no limit in the number of courses in the cart. You can add as many courses as you want to your cart. You can refer to this article to learn how to add courses to the cart.
You can keep the courses in your cart for an indefinite duration, except in the case of Private Classes. However, we recommend you to check-out as soon as you are comfortable purchasing the courses that you have added.
In case of Private Online Classes, the sessions are stored in the cart for 30 mins. If the cart is not processed within that time, the booked time slot is removed. We recommend you to process the cart to avoid any discrepencies.
Please note that the discount is calculated based on the time of the check-out. Every discount coupon has an expiry date. If you have added a course with discount and if it is stored in the cart for some time. The discount will be calculated at the time you do check-out. There is a possibility that the discount may not be available if the course is stored for a long time.
Discount Coupons can be given by ABCLearnings or the Instructor. Any applicable coupon code is automatically applied to a course. When you add the course to your cart, you will be able to see the applicable discount, if any.
Please note that some coupons may not be visible to you unless you are logged in.
If you have added the courses to your cart and face issues while doing checkout through the Payment gateway, please ensure that you have entered correct details for PayPal. If your payment still fails, please contact PayPal support for more information. The most common reason for payment failure is lack of account balance.
Please do not make the payments through Virtual Payment Network (VPN).
All the courses that you have purchased are available and can be accessed from your Learner Dashboard, after login from your PC or Laptop.
If you are unable to find it, please check your Payment History, and make sure that you have purchased the course. If it doesn't appear here, this would mean that the course was not purchased. You may check with your payment service provider to check the status of any such transaction.
If you have multiple accounts with ABCLearnings, please make sure that you are using the correct account to check and access your purchased course.
The video lectures of the Published Courses will be marked as completed, automatically, as soon as you have watched every second of the video. However, you can mark or unmark them as completed, manually, by clicking on the checkbox in front of the lectures.
ABCLearnings supports many currencies as shown here. If your Country's currency is not listed here, then you will see all the prices in USD. The currencies cannot be changed. The currency depends on the selected country in your profile address. The currency may change if your profile address country changes.
While creating a Published Course, in the lectures only few file formats are supported.
For videos, the allowed formats are: MOV and MP4
For rest, allowed formats are: CSV, DOC, DOCX, JPG, ODP, ODS, ODT, PDF, PNG, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, RTF, TXT, ZIP, RAR
